Understanding how to release suppressed emotion, has been a frequent conversation with my clients the past couple of weeks. I felt this is a really important message to share.
It’s interesting I filmed this video on Sunday and on Tuesday we received the news about Robin Williams passing, a man with so much talent, who brought laughter and tears to so many around the world. This is a reminder that if you need a hug or someone to talk too, please speak out!
I find from personal experience and from working with my clients, releasing suppressed emotion is very challenging and becomes overwhelming for most people. We will do anything to avoid feeling any form of pain, so what we do is suppress the emotion we are challenged with.
There is a huge amount of importance around releasing suppressed emotion. Suppressed emotion will cause anxiety, depression and over a long period of time illness and disease in the body. The body is talking to us all the time, it is trying to communicate to us exactly how it’s feeling, what it wants to release and express. It’s our role to stop and take the time to become aware of the signs that our body is giving out, so we can understand what is going on internally.
I am sharing with you in the video below, ‘5 Simple Steps To Releasing Suppressed Emotion’. These are the exact steps that I use on a regular basis, they have made a huge impact in my life over the past four years on my healing journey. I know if you follow these steps on a regular basis, they will make a big difference in your life also.
Once you start to form a new habit of surrendering to your suppressed emotion, you will start to gain clarity of the mind, more confidence and you will begin to step right into your true potential.
