We will have daily knowledge sessions where you will learn how to tap your intuition to create powerful flow in your life and a four session course of instruction for Vedic meditation and the ancient Vedic wisdom. This retreat is all about rest and rejuvenation. You will learn how to manage stress, let go of old habits, deepen your intuition and expand your heart.
Retreats are an amazing way to gain deep rest, and a greater understanding of yourself, all the while being surrounded by like-minded people and having unforgettable experiences. This will be an intimate group and there will be plenty of opportunities to spend one on one time with Laura and myself throughout the retreat.
