This year is about listening to your intuition. What are you hearing? What are you feeling? What is your gut telling you?
You will be amazed how your life will start to flow and things will begin to fall into place, as you start to listen to your thoughts and the way your body is feeling.
It’s incredible over the years how I have become more intuitive, my life has changed for the better in many ways, and things are really starting to fall into place.
Sometimes we make decisions based out of fear and need, not from a pure space of what we really should be doing for long term happiness and health.
When was the last time you sat down and had some quiet time? When was the last time you sat with a pen and paper and just wrote what was coming to mind, without judging, without over thinking what your thoughts are?
This is an interesting process and something that will need to be practiced, time and time again, its like building muscle at the gym it takes time, patience and consistency. Its like breaking an old pattern, you need to keep reminding yourself to stop, listen and feel, what are your thoughts telling you?
What if you always knew the right choice to make and the best actions to take? Are you wondering if you have made the right decision to a certain situation?
Ask and you will receive, it really is as simple as that, you will receive the right guidance if you ask. We live in a world where everyone’s busy, we are living the rat race. It’s not until we stop and quiet our minds, that the right answers come to us, mind you when we do this, they come very clear and direct.
Let’s start today! Complete this exercise, to help guide you to follow your own intuition.
Take 5 minutes out of your day and follow this process:
Sit in a quiet space
Close your eyes
Take in a deep breathe and relax
A long exhale, relax your whole body
Repeat this 5 times
Once the above is complete, exhale saying to yourself – I am ready to receive all guidance.
Sit in your quiet space until you feel you have received all guidance, you will know. As soon as you finish, start writing, don’t over think your thoughts just write. Everything that you think, hear, feel is happening for a reason, some things will make sense straight away, some won’t just flow with it.
This is a great exercise to awaken your intuition. The more you practice the easier it will become. You will start to think and hear things throughout the day, you will become more aware of your intuition and you will start to trust.
