Rachael Campbell – Wellness Mentor

What better day than today to start living your life with more energy, greater peace of mind, and abundance in spirit! By deliberately creating a lifestyle that includes clean raw foods, enjoyable exercise, and focused intention, you’ll realise a state of wellbeing that overflows into every aspect of your life. True wellness incorporates physical and emotional health. Learning to eat alive and nutritionally dense food, that energises your body instead of depleting it, will set you on a path to freedom of body and mind. You will truly glow from the inside out!

I am a Wellness Mentor for those who want to feel great and be at peace in their bodies, emotionally and physically. My passion for cooking, preparing, and eating raw foods, combined with my love of making true connections with people, has led me to this point in life’s journey where I work with you to achieve harmony and vitality in your life.

Throughout my website you will be awakened with delicious recipes that will help you on your journey to a healthier and happier life. These recipes are accompanied by little icons nominating whether they are free of various allergens and ingredients. The icons are there to make your meal planning easy.

You will see these icons on all recipes stating whether each recipe is:  GF = gluten free, W = wheat free, R = raw,
V = vegan (dairy & egg free), SF = refined sugar free, N = nut free, O = onion free, G = garlic free, S = soy free

Please note all of my recipes are gluten and wheat free. I eat a high raw food diet but for me my body still needs warm cooked foods, you will see over time that I will have a great range of recipes some raw and some cooked. Now and then I crave a beautiful miso soup, my body and soul feels completely nourished when I eat this soup, it stimulates my digestive system and energises my body. I recommend eating organic produce where possible, in my recipes I have not stated whether the ingredients are organic or non organic, I believe that organic produce does benefit your health.
